Built In Braai / BBQ

Braai is South African for BBQ and they take their outdoor BBQs just as seriously as we do in Australia. They even have a Braai public holiday similar to Australia Day where friends get together and have a good old fashioned outdoor barbecue.


The national BBQ of choice is the built in outdoor Braai and as any South African will tell you, meat just does not taste the same cooked on anything else.
